Colleen moved to this area in 2004 from Southern Maryland where she worked as a full time real estate agent for 28 years. She believed in furthering her professionalism by attending courses and obtaining designations as a Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Colleen lives in Magnolia Greens in Brunswick County with her husband, Jim. She enjoys golf (when she has time) and home crafts such as sewing and crocheting.
